While logixx is optimized for the latest version of Google Chrome, we also consider Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer as supported browsers
Important
Some logixx features may not work optimally in browsers other than Google Chrome. If you experience any issues, we recommend attempting to replicate them in the latest version of Google Chrome for the best results.

logixx can be utilized on desktop or laptop computers that meet the following requirements:

logixx operates seamlessly with the Google Chrome browser on the following platforms:

Mobile
Currently, the logixx web experience is not available on mobile devices. However, we do support the logixx Voice mobile app on both Android and iOS platforms.
Network requirements
To ensure smooth operation, the logixx contact center URL must be included in your network allow list for both outgoing and incoming connections.
Recommendations
Configure a DNS server to resolve logixx domain names to IP addresses. For example, set your primary DNS to 8.8.8.8.
Avoid using a VPN when connecting to the ,logixx contact center.
Bandwidth
We recommend a minimum internet speed of 1 Mbps for both download and upload for optimal performance.
Security
To maintain security while using the logixx platform, please configure your firewalls or proxy services on desktop computers and laptops to allow specific port ranges.
WebRTC Configuration
Signaling: TCP/443 for IP address corresponding to your contact center name ({contact center name}. logixx.io)
Media: UDP source ephemeral port range, destination static port range 10000 - 20000
Note
The ephemeral port range may vary depending on your operating system and version, as well as the version of the Chrome browser in use.
IP Address
To maintain security protocols, you can manage the IP addresses from which users are permitted to log into the platform by enabling IP Restrictions and configuring the authorized hosts and subnets on the Allowed Hosts/Subnets page.
