Destination Summary Report

A Destination Summary Report is a specialized CRM report that consolidates call data based on destination numbers or locations.

Accessing the Report

  1. Navigate to the Reports section in the CRM.

  2. Select Destination Summary from the list of available reports.

    Filters and Options

    The report includes the following filtering options:

    1. Date Filter

    Users can select a predefined or custom date range:

    • Today

    • This Week

    • Last Week

    • This Month

    • Last Month

    • Custom Date Range (Allows users to specify a start and end date)

    2. Destination : Enables users to filter report results based on specific destinations.

    3. Actions

    • Search Button: Click to apply selected filters and generate the report.

    • Clear Filter Button: Resets all filters to default settings.

    • Export Report: Allows users to download the report in Excel (.xlsx) or PDF (.pdf) format for further review and sharing.


Key Metrics in the Destination Summary Report

  1. Number of Calls

    • This metric displays the total number of calls directed to various locations.

    • Helps identify high-volume call destinations and adjust communication strategies accordingly.

  2. Total Call Duration by Location

    • Measures the cumulative duration of calls to a specific destination.

    • Useful for assessing the efficiency of communication with different regions.

  3. Unique Callers

    • Counts the number of distinct callers who have initiated calls to each destination.

    • Assists in understanding customer engagement levels.

  4. Answered Calls

    • Shows how many calls were successfully connected and answered.

    • Provides insight into customer responsiveness and support team performance.

  5. Duration

    • Displays the average and total duration of calls per destination.

    • Helps evaluate talk time efficiency and customer interaction quality.

    • Categorizes calls into different types such as inbound, outbound, or missed calls.

  7. Description
