State Calling Guidelines

This feature is managed at the admin level and allows for updates as state regulations change.

The calling restrictions are directly tied to the state specified in the residence address of a lead. When a state is selected and saved in the lead's profile, the corresponding calling guidelines will populate in the Overview section.

Key Features

  • Search state functionality: Allows users to search for a specific state in the calling Guidelines settings.

  • Each state can have unique restrictions based on the following categories:

    • Monday – Friday

    • Saturday

    • Sunday

    • Holidays

  • Each restriction includes the ability to set start and end times

  • A "No Calls" option is available to indicate when calling is completely restricted.

  • State Calling Guidelines apply across all states for all files.

    Adding State Calling Guidelines

    1. Navigate to Admin > PBX > State Calling Guideline.

    2. In the top right corner, click the ADD NEW button.

    3. Complete the following fields:

      • State: Select the state from the dropdown.

      • Mon-Fri Start Time: Select start time from the dropdown.

      • Mon-Fri End Time: Select end time from the dropdown.

      • Sat Start Time: Select start time from the dropdown.

      • Sat End Time: Select end time from the dropdown.

      • Sun Start Time: Select start time from the dropdown.

      • Sun End Time: Select end time from the dropdown.

      • Holiday Start Time: Select start time from the dropdown.

      • Holiday End Time: Select end time from the dropdown.

    4. Click Submit to save the settings.

Edit and Delete States

  1. At the end of the row Click Edit

  2. Update the info of the state in the side Bar

    3. Click Submit to save.

    4. At the end of the row Click Delete

    5. Select "Yes, I confirm to delete" in the Pop window.
