Overview
To improve visibility into inbound call flows, our API now supports exposing the Call Source where applicable. This allows downstream systems and CRM users to track where inbound calls are coming from — particularly from Call Center Queues (CCQ), Ring Groups, or IVRs.
How to View the Queue Name in Logixx CRM
To view the Queue Name currently configured for the Call Center Queue (CCQ) in Logixx CRM:
Login to your Logixx CRM account.
Navigate to Tools > Features > Operator panel
At the top of the Operator Panel page, you will see the Queue Name displayed.
As we continue improving the integration between CRM and telephony platforms, this visibility will become even more critical for operational efficiency and user experience.
