Overview
Logixx CRM allows organizations to define a maximum number of tabs that each user can have open simultaneously within the system.
This feature helps to:
Optimize platform performance
Reduce unnecessary resource consumption
Improve overall system stability and user experience
How It Works
Each organization (ORG) has a configured maximum number of active tabs allowed per user.
The default value is 3 active tabs per user.
The limit can be adjusted based on your organization’s needs.
When a user attempts to open more tabs than the configured maximum:
The user will be automatically redirected to a notification page.
The page will inform them that the maximum number of allowed tabs has been reached.
To continue, the user must close one of the existing active tabs before opening a new one.
Configuration
The active tab limit is configurable per organization.
