Phone Flows

Link phone conversations to this workflow. Structure your live conversations so your team can effectively handle customer calls. Ideal solution for contact centers & phone driven sales departments.

Email Flows

Receive and send emails with this workflow. Giving your team contextual responses and resources to efficiently respond. A fully functional support ticketing system.

Self Service Flows

Share troubleshooting techniques directly with your customers, an online knowledge base or use this workflow type as a conditional form to capture data for on-boarding employees, client enrollment or account maintenance with minimal effort. The possibilities are endless.

Help Topics

Help Topics will help streamline your end-user’s experience to ensure proper assignment and prompt response to the ticket. Create as many Help Topics as you need and make them accessible to your users dynamically by assigning them to each unique Step of your workflow.

Provide contact center agents with the information they need to overcome objections & rebuttals during a sales process.

Notification Hooks

You may need to exchange data between Logixx Guide and other applications. There are some customers who want to send data from Logixx Guide Tickets to other applications or receive data from another application in Logixx Guide.

The Notification Hooks in Logixx make this process simple and easy. With webhooks, you can send data in real time to another application or receive data as soon as it is available from another application. As a result, Logixx Guide and other applications remain in sync.
