Team Agent Conversion Report

The Team Agent Conversion Report provides insights into agent performance and conversion metrics. This report helps managers track and analyze agent efficiency in converting leads and applications over a selected period. The report includes various filter options to customize data views according to business needs.

Accessing the Report

  1. Select Reports in the Navigation Bar

  2. Select Team Agent Conversion Report from the available options.

Filters and Options

The report includes the following filtering options:

1. Date Filter

Users can select a predefined or custom date range:

  • Today

  • This Week

  • Last Week

  • This Month

  • Last Month

  • Custom Date Range (Allows users to specify a start and end date)

2. All Data Groups

  • Filter by specific data groups to segment conversion performance by different business areas.

3. All Data Sources

  • Choose from available data sources to focus on particular channels contributing to agent conversions.

    4. All Users

  • Select individual agents to analyze performance at a granular level.

  • 5. Actions

    • Search Button: Click to apply selected filters and generate the report.

    • Clear Filter Button: Resets all filters to default settings.

    • Export Report: Allows users to download the report in Excel (.xlsx) or PDF (.pdf) format for further review and sharing.


    Key Metrics in the Team Agent Conversion Report

    The report includes the following essential performance indicators:

    1. Team

    Displays the team associated with the agent.

    2. User Name

    Identifies the individual agent whose performance is being analyzed.

    3. Calls

    Total number of calls made by the agent.

    4. Unique Calls

    Number of distinct leads contacted.

    5. Answered

    Total calls answered by leads.

    6. % Lead / Call

    Percentage of leads engaged per call.

    7. Credit Report

    Number of credit reports requested by the agent.

    8. % Credit Report / Lead

    Percentage of leads with a credit report generated.

    9. BA Completed

    Number of background assessments (BA) completed.

    10. % BA / Lead

    Percentage of leads with completed background assessments.

    11. UW

    Number of underwriting (UW) processes initiated.

    12. % UW / Lead

    Percentage of leads undergoing underwriting.

    13. Submitted

    Number of applications submitted by the agent.

    14. % Submitted / Lead

    Percentage of leads with submitted applications.

    15. Signed

    Number of signed agreements or contracts.

    16. % Signed / Lead

    Percentage of leads who signed an agreement.

    17. Enrolled

    Number of leads who successfully enrolled.

    18. % Enrolled / Lead
