Follow these steps to add an action from the Dialogixx interface:
1. Access Dialogixx Toolbar
The toolbar appears automatically when you're on a call or reviewing an application. You can see the call controls, application number, and messaging input.
2. Locate the Action Dropdown
Click the dropdown beside the application number or message box. This will open a list of available actions under various categories like:
Update
Add Note
Add Calendar Event
Execute Webhook
Logixx Support
NEXT: Submit Prescreen UW
Application
Pull Credit ReportPull Credit Report
Assign
Lead to Me
Does not Qualify
Ineligible debt
Not interested
DNC
3. Select the Desired Action
Click on the action you want to perform, such as:
Add Note– Opens a field to leave notes on the application.Add Calendar Event– Schedules a reminder or meeting related to the application.Submit Prescreen UW– Triggers the underwriting webhook process.Pull Credit Report– Pulls the applicant’s credit data if permitted.
4. Complete the Action
Depending on the action:
You may be asked to fill out additional details.
The system will execute the task and log it to the application history.
