We’ve introduced 3-Way Conference Calling, making it easier to collaborate by adding a third party to an ongoing call. This feature supports both attended and unattended conferencing and allows calls to be made to custom phone numbers (external) or internal extensions.
How It Works
1. Attended Conference Call
An attended conference call lets you first speak to the third party before merging them into the ongoing call.
Put the current call on hold.
Dial the third party’s number or extension.
Speak with them privately before merging.
Merge all participants into a 3-way call.
2. Unattended Conference Call
An unattended conference call directly adds a third party without prior consultation.
Add a third party directly to the existing call.
The call is immediately merged without prior interaction with the new participant.
3. Call Routing Options
You can add internal extensions (colleagues within your organization).
You can also add external numbers (custom phone numbers outside your organization).
