The Manage Subscription feature in Logixx CRM provides administrators with the ability to view, assign, and manage system subscriptions. This section ensures seamless tracking of active and past subscriptions within the platform.

Navigation

To access the Manage Subscription feature:

  1. Log in to Logixx CRM.

  2. Navigate to Admin > Security Setup > Manage Subscriptions.

Subscription Table

The Manage Subscription section is organized as a table with the following columns:

  • Subscription ID: A unique identifier for each subscription.

  • Subscription Type: The category or type of subscription assigned.

  • Assignee: The user or entity assigned to the subscription.

  • Created Date: The date when the subscription was created.

Actions

Administrators can perform the following actions within the Manage Subscription section:

  • Add a New Subscription: Click the Add Subscription button to create and assign a new subscription.

  • Filter Subscriptions: Use the Filter option to search and refine subscription records based on criteria such as type, assignee, or date.
