API Clients

Overview

The "API Clients" feature in the CRM allows administrators to manage API client subscriptions and access. This functionality is found under:

Admin > Security Setup > API Clients

This section displays a list of all API clients and provides an option to add new entries.

The API clients management interface presents client information in a tabular format with the following columns:

  • Subscription ID: Unique identifier for the API subscription.

  • Subscription Type: Defines the level or type of subscription.

  • Assignee: The user or system assigned to the API client.

  • Created Date: The date when the API client was created.

Available Actions

Add a New API Client

  1. Click on the Add button.

  2. Fill in the required details for the new API client.

  3. Save the new entry to register the API client.

Additional Notes

  • Only users with administrative privileges can manage API clients.

  • Proper subscription configuration ensures API security and access control.

  • Use filters to quickly find specific API clients based on criteria like Subscription Type or Assignee.
