Admin > Trigger Execution logs

The Trigger Execution Logs screen provides a detailed record of all automated triggers executed by the system. This tool is essential for monitoring trigger behavior, identifying errors, and ensuring automation is working as expected.


Location

Access this feature by navigating to:
Admin > Service > Trigger Execution Logs


🔍 Filter Options

Use filters to narrow down the logs for review:

  • Time – Select a specific date or time range to view logs within that period.

  • App – Search by application name or ID to find logs related to a specific record.

Filter Controls:

  • Apply – Runs the search with selected filters.

  • Clear – Resets all filter fields to default.

  • Close – Collapses the filter panel.

Time

Timestamp when the trigger was executed.

Trigger

Name or type of the trigger that was activated.

App

Application or record affected by the trigger.

Error Description

Any error that occurred during trigger execution (if applicable).
