Where to Find It:

Admin > Site Setup > System Configuration > Triggers



After selecting Event as Trigger Condition, Email Send Request is displayed in the Condition Type dropdown.

⚙️ Key Features:

  • Set Trigger Actions (like status updates or webhooks) to run when an email is sent to an applicant.

  • Use the optional Select Email Template dropdown to narrow the trigger to specific templates or leave it blank to apply to all.

  • You can select specific statuses this should apply to.
    If no status is selected, it will apply to all statuses.
