This feature allows the CRM system to automatically send data via a webhook when a new app is created through the API.
The logixx CRM supports different configurations, allowing the admin to select all API profiles, specific profiles through multi-selection, or a single API profile to determine when and how the webhook will be triggered.
Trigger Configuration
Select trigger Condition > Event
Condition type: Select from the dropdown the specific type of condition
Select from the dropdown the API profiles.
Note:
Select the type of action to trigger > Webhook : sends info to an external system with relevant data from the newly created app.
This functionality is ideal for integrating the CRM system with external applications, automating workflows, or sending notifications to third-party services when new apps are created.
