Monevo Integration in Logixx CRM

Overview

The Monevo integration in Logixx CRM allows users to send, track, and manage loan search requests directly from the Applicant Profile. This integration streamlines the loan discovery process by enabling applicants to provide consent, complete a loan search, and receive offers—all while maintaining visibility and tracking within the CRM.

Accessing the Monevo Tab

The Monevo tab is available within the Applicant Profile navigation menu. From this tab, users can:

  • Review applicant and loan information

  • Send a loan search request

  • View loan offers once returned

  • Share results with the applicant

How to Use the Monevo Tab

1. Review & Complete Preview Information

The Preview Information section displays the data that will be sent to Monevo. All required fields must be completed before a request can be sent.

Applicant – Personal Information

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Cell Phone

  • Home Phone

  • Date of Birth (DOB)

  • Social Security Number (SSN)

  • Co-Applicant indicator (Yes / No)

Residence Address

  • Street Address

  • City

  • State

  • Zip Code

  • Housing Type (e.g., Rent)

⚠️ Tip: Ensure the applicant’s email address is valid and correctly formatted, as it is required for the loan search link.

2. Loan Information

In the Loan Info section, users must provide:

  • Loan Amount

  • Loan Purpose (e.g., Debt Consolidation)

This information is required to generate relevant loan offers from Monevo.

3. Additional Information

The Additional Info section collects employment, residency, and income details required to complete the Monevo loan search.

All required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

Employment Details

  • Employed? (Select Yes or No)

  • Applicant Employer

  • Employment Months (Total time at current employer)

Residence & Income Details

  • How long at current address? (Months)

  • Mortgage Payment

  • Pay Frequency (e.g., Monthly)

  • Monthly Income

This information is used by Monevo to evaluate loan eligibility and return appropriate offers.

⚠️ Note: Missing or incomplete information may prevent the request from being sent or delay the return of loan offers.

4. Send Request

Once all required information is completed:

  • Click Send Request in the upper-right corner of the Monevo tab.

  • An automated email with the subject “Loan Search Link” is sent to the applicant.

  • The applicant must click the link and complete the Monevo flow to provide consent.

5. View Loan Offers

After the applicant completes their Monevo application:

  • A new button labeled “View Offer” will appear next to “Send Request.”

  • Click “View Offer” to access the loan results directly in the CRM.

  • This opens the Agent View (Agent URL) — intended for internal users, not the applicant.

6. Share Results with the Applicant

To send the applicant their loan results:

  • Use the “Monevo” email template available within the CRM.

  • This template includes the Client URL, giving the applicant direct access to their Monevo offers.

7. Track Email Activity

All Monevo-related communications can be tracked under:

Notes & History → Emails

Here, users can review:

  • Email delivery status

  • Open activity

Credit Pull & Data Visibility

  • Credit pulls initiated through the Monevo process are fully supported.

  • The Monevo tab focuses on loan search and offer results, not detailed credit or creditor listings.

  • This ensures a streamlined experience centered on loan eligibility and offers.
