<b>PRM</b>, also known as "pre-recorded audio messages," can be utilized to leave voicemail messages when making outbound calls. Logixx will ensure the delivery of the correct voicemail message for contacts simply and efficiently by uploading and assigning audio files to unique workflow statuses.

Record and upload an audio file using your PC and a headset, then assign it to one or multiple unique statuses. Your company administrator will provide you with scripts and details.
