When the logixx app first registers for push notifications, iOS prompts the user to decide if they want to receive messages from the app. After the user responds to this prompt, it will only reappear if the device is restored or the app is uninstalled for at least a day.
Notifications permission
You can manually ensure that the push notifications permission is enabled for the logixx app by following these steps:
Navigate to the iOS device Settings.
Tap on Notifications.
Find and tap on logixx in the list of apps.
Make sure that the Allow Notifications setting is enabled.
This will ensure you receive push notifications from the logixx app on your iOS device.
Further troubleshooting
If the "Allow Notifications" permission is enabled for the logixx app, please follow these steps to further troubleshoot the issue:
Completely delete the logixx app.
Restart your iPhone.
Install the logixx app and log in with your credentials.
Confirm the notification request when prompted.
Simulate a first-time run
If you want to simulate a first-time run of your app, you can leave the app uninstalled for a day. You can achieve the latter without actually waiting a day by following these steps:
Delete your app from the device.
Turn the device off completely and turn it back on.
Go to Settings > General > Date & Time and set the date a day or more ahead.
Turn the device off completely again and turn it back on.
