Webhook Profile > Data Transform Type

When configuring or editing a webhook in Logixx CRM (Admin > Site Setup > System Configuration > Webhook Profiles > Add (or Edit) Webhook), you will encounter a dropdown field labeled Data Transform Type. This field ensures that data is posted correctly to external systems by applying specific transformations. The available options are:

  • None: No transformation is applied to the data.

  • Forth: Applies the data format required for integration with FORTH.

  • XDRIPS: Formats data for compatibility with Logixx Drips.

  • Phone Format +1: Adds the country code (+1) to phone numbers. This is essential for systems that require the country code, as Logixx CRM does not store it by default.

These transformations help streamline data exchange with integrated platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with each system's requirements.
