Import Lead > Support Assign to Agent by Email

The "Assign to Agent by Import Lead" feature enables users to streamline the process of assigning imported leads to specific agents within the system. This feature is designed to enhance efficiency, ensure proper lead distribution, and reduce manual tasks involved in lead management.

How It Works?

  1. Login the CRM

  2. Click in Admin > Marketing > Leads > Import

  3. Click in Select a file (The file must have a column with mapping field current agent)

  4. Click "Upload"

  5. Complete the Columns mapping fields and Click in the Assign option dropdown and select the current agent option

  6. The imported leads were successfully assigned to the user
