The search bar is a critical tool in the CRM, enabling users to quickly locate applications. CRM search bar automatically clears the search bar results between searches, streamlining the user experience.

The CRM search functionality also displays the stage and status of an app directly in the search bar results. This improvement provides users with quick insights into the apps progress without needing to open the lead file, saving time and streamlining workflows.

How It Works

  1. Login the CRM

  2. Click in the Search bar

  3. Enter app's name, last name, email, app #, phone number (Cellphone, Home Phone or Work Phone) or ALV ID.

  4. As you type, the system generates a dropdown of matching apps.
