Data Groups (Campaing Types)

Campaign is a term used for marketing purposes, however; in Logixx this term is used for organized data (leads) within the system. Campaign is equivalent to Data Source.

How it works:

Data Groups (previous Campaign Types) are predefined, while Data Sources (previous Campaigns) can be dynamically created.

Data Sources and their respective Data Source Groups in logixx CRM assigned to Digital Marketing, Telemarketing, and Print & Mail Marketing represent the original lead source group. It's possible for existing leads to be retargeted using logixx connectors such as logixx DRIPS or other Automation Solutions, but the original Data Source will always remain the same. It is necessary to rely on other data attributes to track automation efforts that may lead to app reaching other logixx Milestones such as Contact Made, Submissions, Enrolled etc. Currently one attribute to use for tracking such efforts can be logixx VOICE call center queues or their assigned destination phone number.
