We have introduced new custom fields in the Enrollment Tab to automatically populate payment details from an FTP file. These fields replicate the headers in the FTP file, ensuring that the latest payment information is readily available within the system.
How It Works
The system retrieves payment information from the contact_payment_status_data_clien.csv file.
Organizations must continue using the same file name when uploading data to ensure the automated process functions correctly.
Once uploaded, the payment details are updated in the Enrollment Tab, reflecting the latest information.
File Requirements
To maintain seamless updates, organizations should follow these guidelines:
Ensure that the contact_payment_status_data_clien.csv file is formatted correctly and includes the necessary headers.
Upload the file to the designated FTP folder.
Regular updates should be made to keep payment details current.
