The Creditors Tab is used to review an applicant’s credit report, analyze their credit profile, and manage debt enrollment. Credit data is no longer pulled via a button—instead, it is generated through an applied action within the system.
Pulling a New Credit Report
Credit reports are now pulled automatically through an action applied to the file, rather than by clicking a “Pull New Report” button.
Once the action is completed:
The Credit Report Summary
Enrollment section
Credit Report Pull History
will automatically populate with the relevant data.
The Credit Report Summary provides a consolidated view of the applicant’s credit profile. It is divided into multiple components that help users quickly assess identity details, credit score, and overall financial standing.
Note
If certain fields from the applicant’s tab are missing data, the creditor report won’t run. These mandatory fields will populate once you click on the pull report button.
This section contains the enrollment summary, which is essentially a summary of the total accounts enrolled, the total balance of debt, the total payments, the total settled, and the available balance.
Enrolled debts: This is a list of creditors the applicant is enrolled in. It includes details about each debt. Although the information generated is automatic, enrolled debts can be added manually. Here's an article on how to manually enroll debts.:

Unenrolled debts: The list contains the unenrolled creditors.
All Unenrolled creditors will display a "tooltip" icon that states the reason or condition the creditor failed to meet once it is hovered over. All Unenrolled creditors will display a "tooltip" icon, which, once hovered over, will state the reason or condition the creditor failed to meet.
This provides a history of each pulled report.
Click on the three dots at the end to display the PDF option view. This will open a PDF credit report view with all the previous information.
