Admin > DID Configuration

The DID Configuration feature allows CRM administrators to manage and assign DID phone numbers to specific users. This ensures accurate call routing and caller ID presentation across the system.

Overview

The DID Configuration page displays all phone numbers available in your system, along with their current assignment status and provider. From here, administrators can assign or remove DIDs from users and pull new phone numbers when needed.


The interface is organized into a tabular view with the following columns:

Column

Description

Phone Number

Displays the full DID number.

Provider

Shows the provider associated with the number.

Phone Number Status

Indicates the status of the phone number

Assignee

Displays the user (if any) currently assigned to the phone number.

Last Updated

Timestamp of the last change made to this entry.

Each row ends with a three-dot menu (⋯) offering contextual actions.


⋯ Row Actions

Clicking the three-dot menu at the end of a row reveals the following options:

  • Assign User: Opens a dialog to assign the selected phone number to a specific CRM user.

  • Remove Assignee: Unassigns the user currently linked to the number.


🔍 Top-Right Controls

At the top-right of the screen, you’ll find two main controls:

1. Filter

Filter the table by:

  • Phone Number (search by partial or full number)

  • Phone Number Status (Active, Inactive, Unassigned)

2. Pull Phone Number

This button fetches and imports new DIDs from your integrated telecom provider, making them available for assignment within the CRM.
