Overview

The Service Plans section in Logixx CRM allows administrators to manage the service plans offered through the platform. Service plans define important terms such as pricing models, payment structures, fees, legal plan associations, and state qualifications.

Administrators can add, view, edit, and delete service plans from this interface.

How to Access Service Plans

  1. Login to your Logixx CRM account.

  2. Navigate to Admin from the main menu.

  3. Go to Site Setup.

  4. Select System Configuration.

  5. Click on Service Plans.

You will be directed to the Service Plans screen.

Service Plans Screen Overview

The Service Plans screen provides users with tools and controls to add, review, and manage service plans.

Key features available on this page include:

1. Add Button

  • Located at the top of the screen.

  • Purpose: Click to create a new service plan.

2. Service Plan Column Settings Button

  • Located near the top right.

  • Purpose: Allows users to adjust which columns are displayed for easier viewing.

Columns Available in the Service Plans Table

Each service plan is displayed in a table organized by the following columns:

  • Branch

  • Active (Status indicator)

  • Name (Service Plan name)

  • External ID

  • Payment Model Type

  • Total Apps in Use (Number of applications currently using the plan)

  • Service Fee Rate (%)

  • Gateway Setup Fee

  • Gateway Transaction Fee

  • Est Settlement Rate (%)

  • Min/Max # Payments

  • Allowed Custom Rates

  • Skip First Payment

  • Waiting Period

  • Fee Down Payment Commissionable

  • Legal Plan

  • Law Firm

  • Range of Spread Months

  • Qualified Debt Range ($)

  • Qualified States (States where the plan is valid)

  • Disqualified States (States where the plan is not allowed)

  • Frequency (Payment frequency: monthly, semi-monthly, etc.)

  • FORTH Split Template

  • Semi-Monthly Payments Gap


Actions Available for Each Service Plan

Each Service Plan row includes a three-dot action menu with the following options:

  • Edit – Open the service plan details for updating.

  • View Log – Review the history of changes made to the service plan.

  • Delete – Permanently remove the service plan (deletion may be restricted based on usage).
