In our continued effort to enhance user experience and enforce role-based data integrity, Logixx CRM now includes role-based access control for selecting Pay Frequency on the Enrollment tab. This update ensures that only authorized users can modify sensitive payroll options, similar to the existing behavior for Unrestricted First Payment Date.

Select Role → Click in Edit Role
App Basic Permissions

Default Behavior
The default pay frequency is: Bi-weekly.
Users without explicit permissions can only use Bi-weekly — other options will be disabled or hidden from the dropdown.
This restriction applies during application enrollment and editing.
Role-Based Permissions
Permissions must be enabled within the App Permission section of a role under the [Apps] category.
Pay Frequency Option | Permission Name (as in UI) | Effect |
