Manage Roles > Basic Permissions > Pay Frecuency Role

In our continued effort to enhance user experience and enforce role-based data integrity, Logixx CRM now includes role-based access control for selecting Pay Frequency on the Enrollment tab. This update ensures that only authorized users can modify sensitive payroll options, similar to the existing behavior for Unrestricted First Payment Date.

Where to Configure

You can set these permissions from:

  1. Click Admin

  2. Security Setup

  3. Manage Roles

  4. Select Role → Click in Edit Role

  5. App Basic Permissions

  6. Enable:

  • Enrollment Pay Frequency - Monthly

  • Enrollment Pay Frequency - Semi-Monthly

Default Behavior

  • The default pay frequency is: Bi-weekly.

  • Users without explicit permissions can only use Bi-weekly — other options will be disabled or hidden from the dropdown.

  • This restriction applies during application enrollment and editing.


Role-Based Permissions

Permissions must be enabled within the App Permission section of a role under the [Apps] category.

Pay Frequency Option

Semi-Monthly

Enrollment Pay Frequency - Semi-Monthly

Grants access to select Semi-Monthly in enrollment.

Monthly

Enrollment Pay Frequency - Monthly

Grants access to select Monthly in enrollment.

Bi-weekly (Default)

No permission needed

Available to all users by default.

📌 If neither permission is checked, the user is limited to Bi-weekly only.
