SMS Profiles

The SMS Profiles section in Logixx CRM allows administrators to configure and manage SMS sending profiles used for system-triggered or manual messages. These profiles define how and when SMS messages are executed, ensuring communication consistency and operational control.

Features & Actions

Filter & Search

Use the Filter option at the top of the page to quickly find specific SMS profiles based on their status, Name and Execution Type.

Add New SMS Profile

Click the Add button to create a new SMS profile. You will be prompted to enter:

  • Name – A recognizable title for the SMS profile

  • Execution Types – Select how the SMS will be triggered

  • Settings - Select :

    From : From Executor, From Owner, From User

    To: To Applicant, To Owners, To Users (dropdown), To Phone Number

    SMS Template: Template (Dropdown)


    Once saved, the new profile will appear in the list.

Viewing SMS Profiles

Profiles are displayed in a table format with the following columns:

Description

Active

Indicates if the SMS profile is currently active

📝 Name

The label or title of the SMS profile

⚙️ Execution Types

Defines how the profile is triggered (e.g., scheduled, real-time)

More Options (Three-Dot Menu)

At the end of each row, click the three-dot button (⋮) to access available actions:

  • Edit – Modify the profile’s name or execution types

  • Deactivate – Disable the profile without deleting it

  • Delete – Permanently remove the profile

⚠️ Deactivating an SMS profile prevents it from being used in triggers or manual messages until reactivated. Deletion is permanent and should be done with caution.

Permissions

Access to the SMS Profiles section is restricted to users with administrative or configuration-level permissions.
