To ensure your information is accurate, check your profile settings. You can access this page by clicking on your profile name and selecting "Preferences."
Under the "My Profile" tab, please verify your first name, last name, email, and phone number. The information in these fields will be used when sending emails and SMS messages to clients. Also, if your timezone is not set, please choose the correct option.
You can update your profile avatar by providing the source URL of a hosted image or selecting one of the supported images.

Your assigned Extension will be used for internal dialing between you and other organization members.
SMS Configuration

Verify that your org admin has assigned an SMS phone number and that it is enabled, allowing you to send and receive text messages.
Please note that admins can only assign and enable SMS phone numbers. If not enabled, notify your org admin.
Email Configuration
Lastly, ensure that the Display Name & Address in the Email Configuration section are correct, as this is the email you will use to send emails to your clients.
Please note that you can only send emails using logixx CRM. Any inbound emails and replies to sent emails will still be managed by your current email client.
