The Mapping Fields feature in Logixx CRM is designed to help users manage the mappings used to connect internal fields with external data sources or automation logic. It supports integrations, marketing tools, and data workflows by providing clear visibility and control over how data is mapped and used.

Features & Layout

At a glance, the Mapping Fields interface offers a structured view of existing mappings and several utilities for filtering, testing, and managing them.

Top Bar Controls

Locate the top-right corner of the page:

  • Search Bar – Enter keywords to quickly locate an app.

  • Dropdown Menu – Select a specific list typeto filter the displayed mappings.

  • Test Button – Run a test on selected app to verify if the values and configurations respond as expected.

  • Filter Button – Apply advanced filters to narrow down the list based on various parameters.

Mapping Table

The mappings ar displayed in a table with the following columns:

Description

📝 Name

The display name of the mapping

🔑 Mapping key

The internal identifier used for system operations

📋 List Type

The type/category of list the mapping is associated with

🔌 API Enabled

Indicates if this mapping is enabled f use via API

📥 Import Enabled

Indicates if the mapping can be used when importing data

⚙️ Action Enabled

Shows if the mapping can trigger specific actions in the system

🧪 Test Value

A value used for testing and validation purposes

Each row provides a quick overview of how a particular mapping is configured and whether it’s active across different use cases.

Permissions

Access to the Mapping Fields feature is limited to users with administrative or management rights.
