Template groups

The Template Groups section in the CRM allows users to organize and manage templates under custom group names. These groups help categorize templates for easier access and use across the system.

Overview

The Template Groups interface is simple and user-friendly. It displays all existing groups in a single-column list, where each row represents one group.

Admin > Marketing > Template groups

Layout

  • Column: Name
    This column shows the name of each Template Group. Groups are listed vertically in a clean, single-column layout.

  • Actions
    At the end of each row, users will see two action buttons:

    • Edit ✏️ – Update the name of an existing group.

    • Delete 🗑️ – Permanently remove the group from the list.

Add a New Template Group

To create a new Template Group:

  1. Click the "Add" button at the top of the page.

  2. A pop up will appear prompting you to enter the group name.

  3. After entering the name, click Save to create the group.

Editing a Group

To edit an existing group:

  1. Locate the group in the list.

  2. Click the Edit icon at the end of the row.

  3. Modify the group name as needed and click Save.

Deleting a Group

To delete a group:

  1. Click the Delete icon at the end of the desired row.

  2. Confirm the deletion in the popup dialog.
