The Email Templates section in the CRM allows users to create, manage, and organize reusable email content. These templates can be used across various branches and teams to ensure consistent communication with leads, clients, or partners.

Overview
This section displays all existing email templates in a table format, with detailed information in the following columns:
Columns
Branch – Indicates which branch or office the template belongs to.
Name – The name of the email template for quick identification.
Type – Specifies the purpose or category of the template (e.g., Welcome Email, Reminder, Follow-up).
Group – Shows the associated Template Group to help with organization.
Active – Indicates whether the template is currently active
Create a New Email Template
To add a new email template:
Click the "+ New Email Template" button at the top of the page.
A form will appear where you can enter the following details:
Name
Subject
Type
Group
Branch (optional)
Active
Mark the template as Active if it should be available for immediate use.
Fill the HTML field with requiered info.
Click Save to add the template to the list.
📝 Note: Required fields must be completed to save the template.
Edit an Email Template
Find the template in the list.
Click the Edit icon at the end of the row.
Update the necessary fields and click Save.
Delete an Email Template
Click the Delete icon at the end of the corresponding row.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
