The Signature Request History feature in Logixx CRM provides a centralized view of all digital signature request activities initiated through the platform. This log is particularly useful for administrators and support teams to track, audit, and troubleshoot signature workflows.

Accessing the Feature

Navigate to:
Admin > Service > Signature Request History

Overview

This section displays a log of all signature requests with relevant metadata. It helps users:

  • Monitor the progress of digital signature requests.

  • Identify failed or pending requests.

  • Investigate any errors or anomalies in the signature process.

Filters

Use the available filter tools to narrow down results based on time range

Table Columns

The Signature Request History table is organized into the following columns:

Column

Description

Time

The timestamp when the signature request was initiated.

App

The application associated with the signature request.

Subject

The subject line of the signature request (typically the email subject).

Send By

The user who initiated the request.

Status

The system status of the request (e.g., sent, failed, completed).

Envelope Status

The external signature service's status (e.g., SignNow-invited).

Note

Any internal note associated with the request.

Error Description

A detailed error message if the request failed to process.

Use Cases

  • Confirming whether a client received and signed a document.

  • Troubleshooting why a request was not delivered or failed.

  • Auditing signature request history for compliance purposes.
