Admin > Online Users

The Online Users section in Logixx CRM provides administrators with real-time visibility into currently connected users within the CRM system. This feature is useful for system monitoring, user activity audits, and support troubleshooting.


📍 Accessing Online Users

To view the list of online users:

Navigate to Admin > Services > Online Users.

🔄 Refresh Button

At the top of the screen, you’ll find a Refresh button.
Click this to update the list and display the most current user session data.


📊 Table Columns

The main screen displays the following information for each active user session:

Column Name

Description

User Name

The CRM login or username of the connected user.

Full Name

The user's full name as recorded in the CRM profile.

Connection ID

A unique identifier for the user's current session/connection.

IP Address

The IP address from which the user is currently connected.

Connect Time

The timestamp of when the user started their session.


🔍 Use Cases

  • Monitor Active Users: See who is logged in and from where, in real time.

  • Audit Login Activity: Review the exact time each user started their session.

  • Support Troubleshooting: Identify sessions based on IP address or Connection ID when resolving access issues.

  • Security Review: Detect suspicious or unauthorized connections from unexpected locations.
