Dispositions

We’ve added a new feature to help teams better track call resolutions and streamline follow-up steps: introducing Dispositions, alongside an update to Actions!

🎯 Dispositions

  • Dispositions represent call outcomes or resolutions (e.g. "Left Voicemail," "Not Interested," "Follow-Up Needed").

  • They're now displayed in the Applicant Profile, next to existing Actions.

  • Dispositions help categorize how calls end and guide next steps.

🛠️ How to Configure Dispositions:

Go to:
Admin > Site Setup > System Configuration > Actions

  • When adding a new item, set the Group to:

    • Group 1 = Disposition

    • Group 2 = Action (standard)

Tip: This new Group field lets you organize items more clearly, so users see the right options depending on the context, call outcome or follow-up action.

📍Where to See It in the UI:

  • In the Applicant Profile, you’ll now see Dispositions displayed next to Actions.

  • In the Actions configuration page, everything is grouped by Action 1 (Dispositions - Group 1) and Action 2 (Actions - Group 2) for clarity.

This update improves call logging, helps standardize reporting, and makes workflows more actionable!
