Overview
FORTH Submission enables applications to be sent to the FORTH system via API, either as a new submission (create) or an update to an existing record.
All API interactions between Logixx and FORTH are automatically logged for transparency and troubleshooting.
Where Users Access FORTH Submission
1. Application Overview (Quick View)
Users can see a summary of the FORTH submission status in:
Application Profile → Overview → Details → FORTH Submission
Depending on permissions, users may see:
Submission status (successful, pending, failed)
A “Permission denied” message (if access to view details is restricted)
2. Post Functions
What the System Automatically Does
The FORTH Submission feature includes a post-function that:
Triggers the submission of enrolled and unenrolled creditors to FORTH via API.
This allows the CRM to:
Send new applications to FORTH (Create action)
Update existing records (Update action)
Automatically send creditor information configured within the application
