Here is how you can get started with logixx Guide:
Logging In
You can access your logixx Guide account from Logixx Guide. Get started by inputting your username and password then click Log In.
Resetting Credentials
To reset your password, click on the Forgot Password link, type in the email address associated with your user profile and click Send Email. You will receive a password reset email with a link to update your password.
Resetting Credentials (Multi Org Users)
If your user has been assigned to more than one Logixx Guide organization, you’ll be prompted to provide the correct Organization Allias (name).
Profile Settings
Image
To upload a profile photo, click on your profile name (top left), then click on Select Photo, upload your image file and click Save Photo.
Note: Photos should be at least 100px by 100px in size.
To update your email address, type in your new email, and current password then click on Change Email.
Name
To update your Personal Information, type your first and last name and click on Update.
Password
To update your profile password, type in your current password followed by the new password. Confirm your new password by retyping it once more and click on Change Password.
Password format requirements are as follows:
At least one lowercase Character
At least one number
8 characters minimum
At least one uppercase character
At least one special character
