Updates and alerts are essential system components that provide users with valuable information. The two supported notification types are:
In-App: Notifications are inside the CRM as a popup.
Email: Notifications and alerts that reach the user's email.
Org admins can pre-configure your notification settings and disable the option for users to modify these settings.
Notification Description
App Assigned: Notifies the user when an app is assigned to them.
Automated UW Request: Notifies the user when the UW is processed.
Calendar Event Reminder: Reminds a user of an upcoming event, according to the reminder set in the event. In app, It remain on the screen until the user takes manual action, ensuring that important events are not missed.
Credit Pull Request: Notifies the user about whether their last request to run credit was successful or failed.
Electronic Signature Request: This notification notifies the user about the signature process, whether it is successful or failed, and when it has been completed.
Email Attempt Failure: Notifies the user when an attempt to send an email from the CRM has failed.
FORTH Debts Submission: Notifies the user when a debt has been submitted successfully to Forth.
Multi Apps Assigned: Notifies the user when several apps have been assigned to them.
Scheduled Task Reminder: Notifies the user of the date and time stipulated in the task. In App, It stays on screen until the user takes action, preventing the user from missing important tasks.
SMS Attempt Failure: Notifies the user when an SMS attempt has failed.
SMS Message Received: Notifies the user when they receive an SMS.
In App, The message will remain on the screen until the user takes action manually.
Task Assigned: Notifies the user when a task is assigned to them.
User Mentioned: Notifies the user when they have been mentioned. In App, it remains on the screen until the user takes manual action.
UW Review Request: This notification will inform users of the Reviewer role when an app requires manual underwriting review.
UW Review Results: Notify the user who triggered the manual underwriting review when the review is completed.
