Tools

The Tools section in Logixx CRM is designed to support users in managing critical system interactions, task reminders, communication logs, and application-related updates in one place. It acts as a productivity hub that complements day-to-day operations by offering quick access to various support utilities.

Notification center

The Notification Center is a centralized hub within the Tools section that allows users to monitor and track key system activities and automated processes relevant to their workflow. It provides real-time visibility into user-specific actions and system-generated events, ensuring timely follow-up and awareness across various stages of the application lifecycle. Tasks

It allows users to create tasks, assign tasks to other team members, and track their progress. This feature helps users manage their work more efficiently and ensures everyone is on the same page. Tasks | logixx Help Center


Calendar

Features

This option provides shortcuts to communication tools. These features are designed to improve efficiency, enhance communication, and provide better visibility into operational activities.

In the dropdown menu you will find:

1. Send Email:

Allows users to compose and send emails directly from the CRM interface.

2. Send SMS:

Enables users to send text messages (SMS) to leads or contacts.

3. SMS Inbox:

Provides a centralized view of all incoming SMS messages.

4. Signature Request History:

Displays a log of all electronic signature requests sent through the system.

5. Call Monitoring:

Allows supervisors or managers to listen in on live calls for quality assurance or training purposes. Call monitoring | logixx Help Center

6. Analytics:

Offers insights into CRM performance through dashboards and reports. Is a shortcut to Metabase Reports, where users can access pre-built and custom reports for data analysis and performance tracking.

7. XFlows:

Automates multi-step workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and processes.

Access to specific features in the Tools menu may depend on user permissions configured by the administrator.

Note: The Send SMS or Email option will not associate the user's communication with a specific app. For the best experience, always send email and text messages from an app directly by opening the app and clicking on the email or SMS icon, which will log the information in the app's history!
