Navigation Bar

Get familiarized with the Navigation Bar

The navigation bar is a valuable tool that allows users to quickly access different features and functionalities of logixx CRM.

My Profile

You can manage your preferences and update your credentials from the user profile menu. You can access this menu by clicking on your profile name in the navigation bar's top right section.


Agent Web Lead Status

The eye icon on the left side of your profile avatar can be set to Available (green) or Unavailable (red), which indicates your status for receiving new web leads or existing apps redistributed via the redistribution feature.


SMS Inbox

You can access your SMS detail records from the SMS inbox menu. This menu provides a centralized view of all received and sent SMS messages.


Notifications

Once you receive a notification, the notification icon will alert you and increase the notification count. You can expand to display a list of all notifications sorted by date. You can open the associated Task, Event, or App for each notification. Additionally, you can access all notifications by selecting Notification Center or dismissing a specific or all notifications, removing them from the list.


Tasks

Like the notifications icon, the Tasks icon will alert you as the number of open tasks increases. You can access a list of open tasks grouped and sorted by their respective app by clicking on the Tasks icon. Tasks marked as completed will be moved to the recently completed section at the bottom of this page.


Recent Apps

The Recent Apps icon is on the left side of Task. It lists the five most recent apps you can access quickly.


Search Bar

You can search for apps in your pipeline using various associated data. Check out the Searching in logixx article for more details about this feature.


Create an App

You can create a new app by selecting the blue + icon from the navigation bar. Check out the Creating an App article for more information about this feature.


Dashboard

Clicking on Dashboard will direct you to the home page of your CRM, where you can view your Calendar and open Tasks.


Pipeline

You can access all apps or apps with specific workflow statuses from this menu. The "Pipeline" visually represents your organization's workflow and sales cycle to help you organize your apps logically.


Tools

This menu provides users access to the Notification Center, Tasks, and Calendars.
