The Dashboard Static Widgets provides users a clear and concise summary of New apps, credit activity, submitted apps, and enrolled apps with a streamlined view of app data using static widgets. These widgets include key metrics such as Total Debt (from the Enrollment tab) and are filterable by date ranges: Today, This Week, and This Month.
Users can filter and analyze data using dropdown for selecting Stage/Status, enabling focused tracking of app activities and statuses.
Feature Details
New App Static Widget: provides users with a summary of app creation and assignment activities. The widget serves as a comprehensive view of: Total Number of Apps Created by the user and Total Number of Apps Assigned to the user.
Both metrics respect the active time frame or filter applied.
Credit Static Widget: Displays a summary of credit-related metrics to provide insights into credit activities.
Metrics Displayed: Total credit-related entries and Key insights into user-specific credit data, based on filters.
Submitted Static Widget: Tracks and displays the total number of apps submitted by the user.
Metrics Displayed: Total apps submitted across selected timeframes.
Enrolled Static Widget: Highlights the total number of apps enrolled, including a breakdown of Total Debt.
Metrics Displayed: Total enrolled apps and Total Debt (pulled from the Enrollment tab).
Pipeline Summary:
Stage Selection Dropdown: Allows users to filter the dashboard view by specific stages.
Logic: The stages and their associated statuses follow the same logic as the Pipeline View.
No changes are applied to how stages and statuses are displayed or filtered.
Status Selection: The dropdown enables users to filter the dashboard based on specific app statuses. The following categories are available:
Active: Displays the total number of apps currently in the selected status right now.
Logic: Includes all apps that are currently in the selected status without considering creation date or ownership.Today: Shows the number of new apps created today in the selected status.
Logic: Counts apps created today where the user is assigned as an App Owner. The user's role does not impact this count (e.g., Admin, Agent, etc.). If multiple users are assigned to the app in different roles, the count increases by 1 for each user (per role).This Week: Displays the number of apps created this week in the selected status.
Logic: Follows the same ownership and role-agnostic logic as Today, but the timeframe is limited to the current week.This Month: Shows the number of apps created this month in the selected status.
Logic: Follows the same ownership and role-agnostic logic as Today, but the timeframe expands to the entire current month.
Key Points to Remember
Date Filter: Users can switch between Today, This Week, and This Month filters to customize the view.

Ownership Logic: Apps are included in the Today, This Week, and This Month counts only if the user is assigned as an App Owner for those apps. Multiple users in different roles assigned to the same app will increase the count by 1 per user. However, each app has only one app owner per role.
"Active" Count: Unlike other categories, the Active count includes all apps currently in the selected status, regardless of their creation date or ownership.
Static Widgets: These widgets are static, meaning the displayed information refreshes at preset intervals, not dynamically updated in real-time as users interact with the dropdowns.
