The User Activity Report provides insights into the actions performed by users within the CRM. This report helps administrators and managers track user engagement, performance, and security-related activities.
Accessing the Report
Users with the appropriate permissions can access the User Activity Report through the Reports section in the CRM:
Navigate to Reports in the Navigation Bar.
Select User Activity Report from the available report options.
Filters and Options
The report includes the following filtering options:
1. Date Filter
Users can select a predefined or custom date range:
Today
This Week
Last Week
This Month
Last Month
Custom Date Range (Allows users to specify a start and end date)
2. Actions
Report Metrics
The report includes the following key metrics:
1. User Name
Displays the name of the CRM user whose activities are being analyzed.
2. Apps
Shows the total number of applications the user has interacted with.
3. Status Changed
Tracks the number of status updates made by the user on various applications.
4. Actions Taken
Details the number and types of actions performed by the user (e.g., approvals, reassignments, updates).
5. Notes Added
Counts the notes added by the user to different records within the CRM.
6. Emails Sent
Displays the number of emails the user has sent through the CRM system.
7. Tasks
Created: Number of tasks the user has created.
Assigned: Tasks assigned to other users by this user.
Overdue: Number of overdue tasks assigned to the user.
Completed: Number of tasks marked as completed by the user.
8. Calendar Events
Created: Events scheduled by the user.
Completed: Events marked as completed by the user.
Assigned: Events assigned to the user.
9. SMS Sent
Number of SMS messages sent by the user.
10. SMS Received
Number of SMS messages received by the user.
Chart Visualization
A Show Chart button is available to provide a graphical representation of the data.
Users can click this button to view trends and performance metrics visually.
