Logixx CRM includes an automated Time Zone Assignment and Filtering feature designed to improve outreach efficiency and help teams contact clients during appropriate local business hours.

Based on the state entered in the applicant’s address information, the system automatically assigns the correct U.S. time zone:

  • Eastern (ET)

  • Central (CT)

  • Mountain (MT)

  • Pacific (PT)

How It Works

1. Enter Applicant Address Information

When creating or updating an applicant profile, enter the client’s state in the Residence Address section.

Example:

  • Florida → Eastern Time

  • Texas → Central Time

  • Colorado → Mountain Time

  • California → Pacific Time

2. Automatic Assignment

After the state is selected, Logixx CRM automatically assigns the related time zone.

The assigned time zone appears within the applicant record.

Key Features

Automatic Time Zone Assignment

When a user enters or updates a client’s state in Logixx CRM, the system automatically determines and assigns the corresponding time zone.

No manual selection is required.
