We’ve streamlined our support process to make it easier for you to get the help you need directly from within the CRM interface. This article will guide you through the process of contacting Logixx Support using the Logixx CRM widget.
Accessing the Logixx CRM Widget
When you log in to Logixx CRM, you’ll see a small widget with the Logixx icon at the bottom corner of your screen. This widget is your gateway to interacting with our support team.
For Admin Users
If your Lead Role is Admin, you have full access to our ticketing system through the widget. Here’s what you can do:
Support Request: Use this option for queries that require detailed follow-up. This form includes fields for Title, Description, Product, Priority, and optional Attachments. Submitting this form ensures that all necessary information is captured so we can address your issue effectively.
Customization Request: If you need modifications to existing features, choose this option. The form will ask for details like Title, Description, Product, the feature to customize, Priority, and optional Attachments. Please provide as much detail as possible to help us understand your customization needs.
Implementation Request: For requests that may be outside our standard service agreement, select this option. This form includes fields for Title, Description, Product, Priority, and optional Attachments. Please note that these requests may incur additional costs.
In addition to submitting tickets, you can also view product updates, complete tasks such as the welcome tour, and chat with our AI agent, Lola, if you need quick assistance.
For Non-Admin Users
If your Lead Role is not Admin, you can still access helpful resources through the widget:
Product Updates: Stay informed with the latest updates on Logixx CRM features.
Tasks: Access a welcome tour and other guided tasks to help you navigate the CRM.
Chat Support: Connect with Lola, our AI agent, for quick assistance. If Lola cannot resolve your issue, you can escalate the conversation to a Logixx Support Agent, who will create a support ticket for you if needed.
Tracking Your Tickets
Once you submit a ticket, you can track its progress directly through the widget. Alternatively, you can visit our support ticket portal for detailed updates.
