To improve the user experience when composing SMS messages, the system now provides an in-popup validation feature that lists violated words in real-time. This eliminates the need to submit the message to the server to check for errors, making it more efficient and user-friendly.
Feature Overview
Real-Time Validation: As users compose their SMS messages, the system automatically scans the text for any words or phrases that violate predefined rules.
Error Display: Violated words are listed directly within the SMS popup or SMS template popup, ensuring visibility and immediate correction.
Persistent Errors: Unlike server-side validation errors, which are auto-hidden, this feature keeps the violated words displayed until they are corrected.
Set Up
To add blacklisted words, navigate to Admin > Site Setup > System Configuration > SMS Blacklist Words, where you can easily update the list as needed to maintain control over outbound messaging.
This feature allows admin users to create and manage a list of banned words or phrases for SMS communication. Messages containing these blacklisted terms will be blocked to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
How It Works
Login the CRM
Click in Tools > Features > Send SMS
Type a message, with blacklist words into the text area provided.
As you type, the system checks for violated words against a predefined list
Violated words are displayed prominently within the popup.
