The FTP Profile feature allows users to create and configure profiles for uploading reports to an FTP server, this ensures secure and automated transfer of scheduled reports.
Configure the FTP profile
Click in Admin > Site Setup > System Configuration > FTP Profiles
To configure a new FTP profile, click in Add button:
Fields:
Name (required)
Host (required)
User name (required)
Port (-/+ field)
Password (required)
Remote Path (optional)
There is a Filter option: By Active profiles or Name
FTP Profile Logs
The FTP profile Logs provides a record of all FTP upload attempts, including successful and failed transfers. This feature ensures transparency and troubleshooting capabilities.
Where can you find it?
Click in Admin > Service > FTP profile Logs

Filter logs by Time (From – To)
Assign FTP Profile to Report Schedule
This feature allows users to assign one or more FTP Profiles to a report schedule for automated file delivery.
Click in Admin> Site Setup > System configuration > Report Schedules
Click in Add > open the dropdown Ftp profile > Select one from the list
