The Email Configurations section in Logix CRM allows administrators to manage how emails are sent from the system. This includes setting up the delivery method (SMTP or SparkPost) for different types of system-generated emails.
To access this feature:
Admin > Site Setup > Company Setup > Email Configs
Overview
The Email Configurations panel is designed to give administrators control over how different categories of emails are dispatched.
The settings are displayed in a two-column layout:

Email Type | Defines the category of the email. It can be: |
Configuration | Specifies the delivery method. You can configure an SMTP server or enable SparkPost via a toggle switch. |
✉️ Email Types
System: Includes account-related notifications such as password resets, email verifications, etc.
Action: Covers workflow-based emails triggered by user interactions or system updates (e.g., approval emails).
Trigger: Refers to automated emails sent by predefined rules or triggers within the CRM (e.g., lead follow-ups, application status changes).
⚙️ Configuration Options
SMTP:
Manually configure your own email server settings.
Suitable for organizations with their own email infrastructure.
SparkPost:
Toggle the slider ON to enable SparkPost as the email service provider.
Ideal for scalable and reliable email delivery without manual SMTP configuration.
Note: Only one method (SMTP or SparkPost) can be active at a time per email type.
🔐 Permissions
Only users with Admin access to the Company Setup section can modify Email Configs.
