🔹 Key Features of Dialogixx

1. Dialpad

The Dialpad allows users to place outbound calls directly from the CRM. Users can:

  • Enter any phone number manually.

  • Select saved contacts or linked records (such as applicants or clients).

  • Initiate calls with one click from profiles or tasks.

2. Call History

Track and review all call activity with the Call History feature. This includes:

  • Incoming, outgoing, and missed calls.

  • Timestamps and call durations.

  • Linked application or contact (when applicable).

This log helps maintain visibility and accountability across the team.

3. Voice Messages

Users can access and manage voicemail messages directly within the Dialogixx panel. Features include:

  • Playback and pause controls.

  • Caller information and timestamp.

  • Option to delete, download, or archive voicemails.

4. Agent Status

Each user can set and manage their Agent Status, helping teams monitor availability. Available statuses include:

  • Available – Ready to receive calls.

  • Unavailable – Currently in a conversation.

  • Paused – Temporarily unavailable.

    Supervisors and managers can also view agent statuses to coordinate coverage in real time.
