Overview
The Dialpad is a key feature of DIALogixx, the built-in telephony system of the Logixx CRM. It empowers users to initiate calls directly from the platform without needing an external device or application.
š¹ Dialpad Interface
The Dialpad includes two tabs:
1. Dialpad Tab
Standard number pad interface for manual dialing.
Enter any phone number using your keyboard or on-screen keys.
Tap the green call button to initiate the call.
Supports touch-tone inputs (*, #) and extension dialing.
2. Numbers Tab
Displays a list of available contacts and call targets.
Favorites appear at the top of the list, in a pre-defined order for quick access.
Useful for frequently contacted colleagues, clients, or departments.
š How to Use the Dialpad
Click the Dialpad button on the bottom toolbar.
Use your keyboard or click the on-screen numbers to dial.
Press the green call button to connect.
