Active (Toggle)

Enables or disables the role system-wide.

Name (*Required field)

The internal name for the role

Description

A short summary of what the role does or who it applies to.

Data Source

Selects which data sources this role can access.

Monevo Campaign Code

(Optional) Used if role-specific tracking or filtering is needed.

Basic Permissions

Basic Permissions define which areas of the CRM a user can access and what actions they can perform. They are assigned through roles, which are then linked to users. This ensures that each user only has access to the tools and data necessary for their responsibilities.

🔹 Pages:

Grants visibility and access to high-level pages within the CRM dashboard.

🔹 Administration

Grants access to administrative settings such as role management, XFlows, etc.

🔹 Apps

Controls actions within the application management area of the CRM.

Sub-Permissions

Controls access to internal task and queue systems.

🔹 System configuration

Advanced configuration of task workflows.

🔹 Call Monitoring

Listen in or review call recordings for quality assurance and compliance.

🔹 Operator Panel

a live dashboard for operators to manage calls, transfers, and queues.

🔹 In App Notification

View system alerts and notifications inside the CRM.

🔹 Reports

Allows access to various reports and metrics dashboards.
