Manage Roles > Basic Permissions > View Archived Apps

This permission controls whether a user can view archived applications within the platform. Enabling it allows access to past applications that are no longer active but still stored for reference or auditing purposes.

What is the “View Archived Apps” Permission?

The "View Archived Apps" permission under Manage Roles > Basic Permissions allows a user to access and review applications that have been archived. These are apps that are no longer active but remain in the system for record-keeping, compliance, or reporting.

When to Enable

Enable this permission for roles that require:

  • Reviewing historical app data

  • Performing audits or reconciliations

  • Monitoring archived client activity

  • Providing support on previously submitted apps

When to Leave Disabled

If a role only deals with active applications, you may leave this permission disabled to simplify their interface and limit access to past data.

How to Enable It

  1. Go to Admin > Security Setup > Manage Roles

  2. Select the role you want to edit

  3. Under Basic Permissions, Check the box next to View Archived Apps

  4. Save the changes

* Changes apply immediately to all users with that role.

Users with the “View Archived Apps” permission can access archived applications directly from the Pipeline View using the “Archive Status” filter.
